1. Parties and scope
These terms apply to your use of vip.eliterentalsdubai.com (the “site”) and to any booking enquiry you submit through this site. The operator of the site and the supplier of the services described on it is ELITE FIRST CLASS YACHTS L.L.C(trading as “Elite Rentals Dubai”), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates under Trade Licence No. 1035253 and Registration No. 1683188 (TRN 104017784000003).
By using the site, sending an enquiry or paying a deposit you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. The services we offer
We offer hospitality programmes around the Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix, including reserved cabins and private charter on a superyacht berthed inside Port Hercule, paddock access through authorised F1 hospitality partners, ground transfers, dining and concierge service.
The exact inclusions, dates, vessel, berth, cabin type and total price for any booking are set out in a written proposal and confirmed in a written agreement issued before you pay any deposit. The signed agreement, together with these terms, is the contract between you and us. Where the signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement prevails.
Elite Rentals Dubai is an independent hospitality operator and is not affiliated with the Automobile Club de Monaco, the FIA, Formula 1 or any team. References to the Monaco Grand Prix and related marks are for descriptive purposes only.
3. Booking process
The standard booking flow is: enquiry by WhatsApp or web form, followed by a written proposal, followed by a signed agreement and a deposit. The proposal becomes binding only when both parties sign the agreement and the deposit clears.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including the names, ages and travel arrangements of every guest in your party. We may decline to confirm a booking at our discretion before the deposit clears.
4. Pricing, payment and currency
Prices on the site are quoted as starting prices per guest unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is set out in the written proposal and is in euros (EUR) by default. Where you check out from a region with a different supported currency, payment is charged in your local currency at the rate displayed on Stripe’s checkout page at the time of payment.
Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited and Stripe’s affiliated entities. Bank transfer details are issued by us on request and on the invoice. Card data is entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout page and is never held on our systems.
The standard schedule is a 20 percent deposit on signature of the agreement, with the remaining 80 percent due sixty days before the race weekend. Bookings made within sixty days of the race may require full payment up front.
Any taxes, duties or charges imposed by the country of departure or by the harbour authority are included in the quoted price unless we state otherwise in writing.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Our cancellation terms are set out in our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. The signed booking agreement for each booking sets out the specific cancellation schedule that applies to that booking and prevails in case of conflict.
6. Changes by us
We will deliver the booking as confirmed in your written agreement. If circumstances beyond our reasonable control force a change — including weather, harbour authority decisions, F1 schedule changes, government restrictions or vessel issues — we will tell you as soon as practical and offer the closest available alternative or a refund of the affected portion of the booking, at our reasonable discretion.
Minor adjustments to crew, cabin allocation, menu or the specific yacht of equivalent specification do not entitle you to a refund or to cancel free of charge.
7. Behaviour on board
Guests must behave responsibly on board, follow the captain’s instructions, and respect the privacy and comfort of other guests. The captain has absolute authority on the vessel for safety reasons and may refuse to allow a guest to remain on board for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. Any guest excluded for behavioural reasons forfeits the cost of the remaining stay.
Guests are responsible for the cost of any wilful damage to the vessel caused by them or by guests they have introduced.
8. Insurance
You are strongly recommended to take out comprehensive travel insurance covering personal accident, medical expenses, lost or damaged baggage and trip cancellation. We do not arrange or underwrite this insurance and we are not responsible for the cost of any claim that should have been covered by it.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with a booking is limited to the total amount you have paid us for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment, lost time, or onward travel costs.
10. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform any obligation in your booking when that failure is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including weather, war, civil unrest, terrorism, pandemic, government order, harbour closure, or cancellation of the Monaco Grand Prix by the promoter. In those cases we will work in good faith with you to reschedule the booking or to offer a fair refund of unrecoverable costs.
11. Privacy
Personal data you give us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any booking under them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, save that we may bring proceedings against you in the country where you are habitually resident.
Where you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA or the UK, nothing in this clause overrides any non-waivable right you have under the consumer protection law of your country of residence.
13. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms when our practices, the law or our service providers change. The version of these terms in force at the time you sign the booking agreement is the version that applies to that booking. Material changes are highlighted on the site.
